The Ozobot Ari is an interactive robot designed to make coding and STEM education engaging for learners of all ages. Combining playful design with advanced functionality, Ari introduces kids to programming through intuitive, hands-on experiences that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and exploration. Its compact design and user-friendly interface make it an accessible tool for classrooms and at-home learning.
While collaborating with the Ozobot team, Trax Designs contributed to mechanical CAD development, prototyping, and DFM refinement for Ari’s housing and internal components. Our work ensured that the industrial design intent was captured while also supporting manufacturability and durability. We partnered with suppliers to validate tooling, assembly, and material selection, ensuring the product could withstand repeated use in educational settings.
