As Senior Product Development Manager at Incase, Trax Designs’ founder collaborated with the design team to bring the Dots Hardshell from concept to production. Our contributions included CAD development, texture design validation, vendor coordination, and DFM optimization to ensure the dotted surface pattern could be replicated reliably at scale. The result was a durable, stylish protective case that balanced Incase’s design DNA with everyday functionality.
